Shipping Policy​

The shipment of products purchased with André Gonzaga Dalata will be carried out by carriers or Post Office, depending on the type of product, total weight of the order or location of delivery. In the case of using a carrier, it is not possible to schedule a date and time for deliveries, since we cannot anticipate the route chosen for each region.

When delivery is made by Correios, in case there is no one to receive the product, the postman leaves a protocol at the indicated address, informing that the product is available to the customer at the origin agency. The post office makes 2 delivery attempts and if it is not successful, after the third attempt the product returns to Kiaga, if this occurs we will contact the customer to schedule a new delivery. Delivery times are from Monday to Friday, from 8 am to 5 pm, not being made on Sundays and holidays.

Shipping fees are calculated as a flat rate per country and may include additional fees calculated on a per-item basis and determined by the weight of the order. Fees may include an additional handling fee. We are not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged shipments. Customers are responsible for paying additional shipping and handling fees to have the order reshipped, if available. The buyer assumes all liability for claims made with the carrier.

Return and exchange policy

All sales are final. We do not issue refunds, accept cancellations or allow exchanges to be made. Domestic and international shipping fees and international duties/taxes are non-refundable. The cardholder assumes all responsibility for any exchange rate fluctuations and/or fees charged by the bank.

International Duty and Tax

International customers may incur additional charges at checkout. International taxes and fees are calculated by country and included in the order total at checkout. Buyer is responsible for paying all import duties and taxes before shipment. We will transfer fees charged to UPS to process your international shipment.
